Jasmine's First Day

Jasmine wiped the sweat off her head. "Camp Vamp, huh?" She muttered. She grunted as she lifted her suitcase. She wobbled to the girls' bunkroom. She peered inside. "Hello?" I hope they're nice.. After all, she hadn't been a vampire for TOO long.

Cassie looked over at the door and smiled. "Hey there. You must be the new girl." She said as she looked at her book. "Welcome." She greeted the girl with a warm smile and continued looking at her book.

Jasmine smiled polietly. "Yes. Pleased to meet you. I've actually never been to a camp before." She paused and continued, "I'm Jasmine." She sighed as she set her heavy suitcase down.

jess looked into the cabin from the skylight(shes on the roof) "oh hi there"she said quickly assesing the new girl then she gracefuly slid into the cabin landing with a soft thump

She looked up from her book and right at Jessica and then the girl. "You are going to scare the new girl if you keep doing that." She said ans she shook her head. She started reading her book again and she said. "This is my second day here. So i am new here as well." She laughed at something in the book and then the room went silent for a few minutes and then she said, "I'm Cassie." She looked at the girl and then said, "You must be a new born vampire, im assuming?"

Jasmine jumped a little from the girl that appeared. She's right... She watched the two girls until the one silently reading announced her name, "I'm Cassie." She looked at her as she continued, "You must be a new born vampire, i'm assuming?" Jasmine stopped cold. "I.. er.. no. Not really." She felt the room suddenly getting really hot.

She smiled at her and then started reading again as she talked. "It's ok if you are." She shrugged and then laughed. "After all...i was born a fullblooded vampire."

Jasmine breathed heavily. She was nervous even thinking about this vampire stuff. But why did they have to raid my house that day? Why? She but her hand on her head which was wet with sweat. "I wasn't born a vampire at all." She said. "I.. I've only been a vampire for about a month now." She said, studdering a little.

jess looked at cassie and scolded"cass dont make her feel unwelcome "and then she turned to jasmine and said"my name is jessica but you can call me jess"she felt the room get hot and she quickly cooled it down

Jasmine felt better again. She sat down on her bunk and looked at Jessica. "Thanks." For a first day, she was doing pretty well. She didn't mind Cassie at all. It's just.. She set her hands in her lap. "What activities do they have at this camp? Like swimming, jogging, doing 'vampirey' stuff?" She let out a slight chuckle.

Cassie rolled her eyes and continued reading her book. "I was trying to help. Didn't know the girl would hyperventilate." She mumered in a very low voice as she read. She heard the girl ask a question and then answered it. "Swimming, hiking, boating, walking. Whatever you want."

Jess smirked"i fly hunt swim hike eat theres lots to do round here"she said climbing into her bunk

"Sweet. That means we can kill ourselves, too right?" Jasmine said sarcastically. Now, she was already getting used to this camp. Just then, Jasmine heard something that caught her attention. "Did you say fly?"

jess smiled "yes in fact i did"she said nonchatly sitting up and opening her wings "grrr it feels like i have a twig caught in my feathers but i cant see it"jess growled

Cassie smirked and continued to read her book. She was paying no attention to there little conversation in the backround. At this moment her book was getting good, she was almost bouncing in her bed.

Jasmine gazed at her wings with interest. "Are there other stuff vampires can do like.." She paused, thought for a moment and continued with her blabbering, "Punch through walls, invisibility, the stare of death??" She stopped herself from going any further. Bah. Vampires can't do nothin'. All they do is fly and drink blood. She looked at the excited Cassie on the bed and echoed with her voice, "And then the poor main character stabbed themself and died. The End."

Jess looked at her amused"i wouldent know im not a full vampire"she saidpulling a twig out of her feathers"there is is"

Jasmine blinked at Jess and smiled. "Oh." She laid back and sighed. "Well.. what do you guys do, all cramped up in here all day?"

"Not all vamps can fly." She put down her book. "Full vamps, like me, have super strengh and VERY fast speed... We arnt invinsible though...Some of us can read minds. I can. I can also use telekinesis and control fire like little miss birdy over here." She motioned to Jessica and then opened her book and started reading again. After a few minutes her excitedness came back to her.

"hey i aint no bird"Jess said flaring up"i just so happen to be half angel that does not make me a bird"she sniped

Cassie payed no attention to her and waved at her to be silenced. Her favorite character in the book was righting the villan and she was getting very excited to see what happened.

Jasmine couldn't help but laugh at Cassie's rudness. "Cool, an angel?" She stretched. "I wonder what powers I have?"

"You shall see in time." She blinked her eyes once and continued reading.

Jasmine huffed. "I guess your right. Y'know what? I think I have the power to fly!" She stood up and stared at the door with great confidence.

"most likely fire too did you feel the way the room heated up when you were embarest?"jess said quietly grooming her feathers and she watched jasmine leave"know what i better go after her just in case" jess said following her
